Obituary of Stephen David Smith

On Wednesday, August 19th, 2020, Stephen David Smith, loving husband and father of two, passed way at the age of 53 at Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus.  Stephen was born on November 13th, 1966 in Sarnia to David and Barbara (Thomson) Smith.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sandra Krall (Jim), Jamie Smith (Mary Ellen), Michael Handsor (Donna) and Blaine Handsor (Lisa).  Loved son-in-law of Jim Handsor (Deb Duke) and Linda Handsor. 

Stephen is a proud graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.  On August 21st, 1993, he married Tina  Marie Handsor. Together, they raised  two sons Sebastian and Ethan.  

Stephen was a member of Maple City Country Club for 19 years. To say he was an avid golfer is an understatement. 

A private family service will be held at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre. A Celebration of Life will be organized for a later date.  If desired, donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario.  Online donations and condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com .
