Obituary of Jason Hopkins
Jason W. Hopkins passed suddenly on Saturday February 3rd in Brantford at the young age of 45.
Jason is a Moravian of the Thames First Nation warrior with huge heart and an even bigger smile. Jason was No.6 of 9 siblings who loved to hunt, fish and was a baseball, hockey and football enthusiast. He was a jack of all trades. Jason, you will be forever in our hearts tucked safely away with all the memories we've made together growing up. We will treasure our moments together forever. Survived by step-parent Peggy Hopkins, siblings Wendy French (Jim Zarnke), Heather Hopkins (Neil Riley), Katharine Hopkins (Rey Singh), Adam Hopkins (Jennifer), Jennifer Smith, Alex Hopkins. Missed dearly by Nieces and Nephews, Valerie, Josh, Nathan, Kyle, Andrew, Carl, Kelsey, Jeremy, Mckenna, Chloe, Elizabeth, Baby Leighton. Aunts Rosaline, Annette and Eunice Jean. Great Niece Meadow and Great Nephews, Jalen, Walker, Liam, Christian, Isaac, JJ, Kleyton, Asher, Charlotte, Baby Lawrence Leighton.
Predeceased by both parents Myrna C. Hopkins and Leighton Hopkins and Brothers, Timothy and Bob. The Hopkins family will receive friends and family at the Delaware Nation Community Centre, Moraviantown on Thursday, February 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. Interment Moraviantown Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Thamesville.
