Growing up I remember Uncle Ken spent quite a bit of time with us at our house on Kim St. For me he was the cool, handsome, intelligent uncle. And he and my mom and Auntie Joan had a fun and great closeness that I have tried to emulate with my sisters. Uncle Ken was a teacher and that was a life long lesson that he taught me.
