Obituary of Donald George Smith

Smith: Donald G., a resident of Bothwell, passed away peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury, surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the age of 67. Born in St. Thomas, son of the late Cecil and Martha (Young) Smith. Beloved husband of Katherine (Bradt) Smith. Loving father and grandfather of Christina Bowbeer( Kelsey, Alexandra, and Reis) of Ayr, Kari and Ricky Zamperin (Chloe, Avry) of Hamilton, Donna and Andrew Thomas (Jacob and Alice ) of Burlington. Dear brother Shirley King (Jonathan) of Brighton, Warren Smith (Carol) of Trenton. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The Smith family will receive friends at the Lifebridge Family Church, 2 Lemeul St., Thamesville on Wednesday January 6, 2016 from 11:00AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00PM. Cremation will take place. If desired donations to the Lifebridge Church, (2 Lemeul St., Thamesville N0P2K0) would be appreciated by the family.
