Elliott: Dolores (Simpson), formerly of Chatham and Blenheim, passed away at the Brampton Civic Hospital on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at the age of 85. Born in Brooke Twp. (Alvinston), daughter of the late Alfred and Ruth Simpson. Beloved wife of the late Jim Elliott (2014). Loving mother of Shari Stenning (David) and Jody Adams. Cherished grandmother of Sarah Adams. Dear sister of Betty Winchester (Fred), Marlene Dodds (Ken), Helen Belliveau (Tony), Gary Simpson (Judy), Keith Simpson (Elaine), Linda Duquette (Dave). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Lita Gee and brother Arthur Simpson. The Elliott family will receive friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Thursday from 2- 4pm and 7 - 9pm. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11am. Interment in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Florence. If desired, donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Somebody, Jody....... did a wonderful Memorial Video with beautiful music for her Mother, not a dry eye in the house.
