Mahovlich: Milka (Ferencic), formerly of R.R.#1 Newbury, passed away peacefully at Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the age of 86. Born in Croatia, daughter of the late Stephan and Barbara (Zoretich) Ferencic. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Mahovlich (2006). Loving mother of Mary Ann Mahovlich of Newbury, and Joe Mahovlich (Gerri) of Springfield. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Adam Mahovlich (Jen), Dan Mahovlich, Chad Mahovlich (Laura), Natalie Mahovlich (Tim), and Patrick Mahovlich and four great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 2 sons and 3 brothers and 3 sisters in Croatia. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The Mahovlich family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Friday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Prayers will be held on Friday afternoon at 3:30pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Garnier Parish, Glencoe on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2pm with Fr. Matthew Bedard as Celebrant. Interment in St. Ignatius Cemetery, Bothwell. Donations by cheque to the Alzheimer Society, West Elgin, Friends of the Bothwell Catholic Cemetery or VON, Strathroy would be appreciated by the family.
