Obituary of Jerry Wilfred Travis

Travis: Jerry Wilfred, a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the age of 81. Born in Chatham, son of the Late Wilfred and Velma (Chandler) Travis. Jerry owned and operated his own construction company for many years. Beloved husband of the Late Patsy (Lambkin) Travis.  Loving father of Sheila Harris (Clinton), Sherry Talbot (Clarence), Scott Travis (fiancé Lou Ann). Sadly missed by his grandchildren Alicia (Jeff), Clinton, Darnell (Pam), Karly and great-grandchildren Kaleb, Kailand, Kimber, Jay and Kobe. Dear brother of Melvin (Vivian), John (Brenda), Glenn (Marcia) and Eileen Travis. Loving godfather of Kathy Piette. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.The Travis family will receive family and friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 from 12:30 PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:30PM.(Please dress casually).
