Obituary of Pat Faubert

Faubert: Patrick Jerome “Pat” a resident of Mitchell’s Bay and formerly of Dresden, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at the age of 70. Born in Chatham, son of the Late Jerome and Jean (Weber) Faubert. Pat retired in 2012 after 43 years of owning and operating Dresden Ready Mix Ltd. During retirement Pat enjoyed fishing with friends and family. He also enjoyed vigorously spirited games of cards with his wife and their closest friends. Papa also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren every chance he was given. Beloved husband of Shirley (VanEvery) Faubert. Loving father of Josh Faubert (Katey) and Brittany Murphy (Vauna). Proud Papa of Patrick, Mitchell and Rosalie. Dear brother of Janice Faubert. Pat will be lovingly remembered by the VanEvery Family. The Faubert Family will receive family and friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre, 679 North St., Dresden on Friday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculée Conception Parish, 24156 Winter Line, Pain Court, on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. A Private Family Interment will be held at Saint Philippe Cemetery, Grande Pointe. Family and friends are invited to a luncheon in the Church Hall immediately following Mass. Please in lieu of flowers, consider donating to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation in memory of Pat. Online condolences and donations may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the nurses, respiratory therapists, and staff on the 3rd floor progressive for the amazing care they provided to Pat.
