Obituary of Andrew Kondraciuk

Andrzej "Andrew" Kondraciuk, a resident of Dresden and formerly of Whitby, passed away peacefully at his home with his wife by his side on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at the age of 75. Born in Lodz, Poland, the son of the late Roman and Irena Kondraciuk. Beloved husband of Katherine (Laskowska) Kondraciuk. Loving dad of Caroline Rodis and Pawel Kondraciuk. Grandfather of Noah Kondraciuk and Luca Rodis. May he rest in peace.
