Obituary of Douglas Arthur Greenwood

Douglas  Arthur Greenwood, a resident of  Thamesville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, January 26, 2024  at Riverview Gardens , Chatham at the age of 81. Born in Chatham, the son of  the late  James Greenwood and Vera (Law) Greenwood. Beloved husband of  the late Sandra Lou (Smith) (2020). Loving dad of Kerry Daugherty (Burke), Mary Ellen Greenwood and Jamie Greenwood. Cherished papa of Shawna Daugherty, Brock Daugherty, Ryanne Logan and Shayne Logan. Dear brother-in-law of Judy Greenwood, Joanne Vervaecke (Gary), Nancy Gorry (late Eric) and the late Brian Smith (Pauline). Predeceased by brother Charles Greenwood and sister Cathy Gibbons. Family and friends will be received at the John C. Badder Funeral Home 72 Victoria St., Thamesville on Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on at Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
