Obituary of Nancy Jean Jeffery

Jeffery: Nancy Jean (Claeys) a resident of R.R.#2 Newbury, passed away peacefully at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Wednesday, March 9, 2022  at the age of 66. Born in Chatham, daughter of the Late Paul and Mary Claeys. Nancy was a long-time crafter, enjoying making greeting cards for family, friends and neighbours celebrating birthdays and anniversaries. She enjoyed  tending to her chickens  and many years of caring for their flock of sheep. Beloved wife of 47 years to Lee Roy Jeffery.  Loving mother of Lori Vandertuin ( Keith) and Katie Tisdale (Matt). Nancy will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Cooper, Colton, and Annalee. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Raymond (Pam) Claeys, John Claeys (Lorrie), Judy Stoner (Allan), Jim Tattersall, and Helen Bedford. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Ruth Tattersall. The Jeffery Family will receive family and friends at the John C. Badder Funeral Home, Monday, March 14, 2022 from 12:30 PM  until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 PM.  Interment Mayhew-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Thamesville.
