Obituary of Bill Roberts

Roberts, Bill a resident of Dresden, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Riverview Gardens Long Term Care Home at the age of 79. Born in Dawn Township, son of the late Owen and Dora (Gould) Roberts. Cherished and loving husband of 56 years to Joan Roberts (Searson). Dear father to Bill Roberts Jr. (Becky) and John Roberts. Forever missed by his grandchildren Nicole (Dwayne), Josh (Michelle), and great-grandchildren Zander, Brooklyn, Trenton, Zachary, and Emily. Brother to Sharon Goetz (late Sandy), Jim Roberts (Ellen), and Tom Roberts (Diana). Remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Bill worked at McBrayne's Feed & Supply for 40 years. He was a life member and past president of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 113, Dresden. At Bill's request, cremation has taken place. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
