It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Garth Douglas Long at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the age of 65. Born in Chatham, son of the late Walter Long and Phyllis Long-Hughes. Cherished and loving brother to Grant Long (Janet) of Ridgetown, loving uncle to Jason Long (Mallory), Melanie Long (Noreen), and special great uncle to Savannah Long. Survived by many great friends. Garth was one of a kind, who will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Thank you to all who helped make Garth's journey a great one. At Garth's request, there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St. Bothwell.
