Obituary of Robert Douglas Elliott

Elliott: Robert Douglas, a resident of Glencoe, formerly of Bothwell and Albuna, passed away at Four Counties Health Services, Newbury on Monday, January 6, 2020 at the age of 84. Born in Tilbury West Twp., son of the late Loris and Maud (Ames) Elliott. Predeceased by his first wife Marilyn Elliott (Buckingham) 2005. Beloved husband of Margaret Vogt-Elliott. Loving father of Janice Elliott (Chris Francis) of London, Greg Elliott (Colleen Seitz Elliott) of Ipperwash.  Proud grandpa of William, Peter, Dylan Francis, Loris and Grace Elliott. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Keith and Kathy Elliott of Petrolia, Lois Sararas of St. Thomas, and Bernice Elliott of London, Diane and Bill Buckingham of Reece's Corners, and Dorothy Vogt of Sarnia. Predeceased by his brother Walter Elliott "Allen", brother-in-law Don Sararas, John and Lula Buckingham, and Rosie Vogt. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. The Elliott family will receive family and friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm St., Bothwell on Wednesday from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 11:00 AM. The Graveside service at McDowell Cemetery, Comber at 2:30 PM.
