Northcott: Lyle Elmer a resident of Dresden passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham at the age of 89. Born in Dresden, son of the late Ethridge and Lela (Clapp) Northcott. Lyle was a member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Dresden. Beloved husband of Doris (Marx) Northcott. Loving father of Marilyn (Ross) Fuchs and Ann (Mark) Labadie. Proud grandfather of Lisa (Rob) Vogel, Dave (Kim) Depencier, Becky (Chad) Desjardine, Lianne (Andrew) Pankratz and Jarrod (Kelly) Labadie. Cherished great grandfather of Eva, Carson Vogel, Brynn, Beau Depencier, Brady Desjardine, Colton, Jackson Pankratz and Everett, Elianna Labadie. Dear brother of Doris (Don) Anderson, Eldred Northcott (Bonnie Baker) and Kay (Allan) Pickard. Predeceased by sisters and brothers Gladys Graham, Shirley Anderson, Ivan Northcott, Allen Northcott and Melba Merilees. The Northcott family will receive friends at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre 679 North Street, Dresden on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the funeral home on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment in Blackburn Cemetery, Camden Township. Donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Dresden. Online donations and condolences may be left at www.badderfuneralhome.com.
