My sincerest condolences to all of Helen's family! I worked with Helen in the very early days at the Bank of Nova Scotia in Petrolia and then later on I drove limo for Helen and Ernie. Helen was always upbeat and ready to show off her latest garage find or tell of her next project. A great lady!

Helen was a very special next door neighbour and she will be truly missed. She loved to show us her decorations and would knock on her window and wave to us when we pulled in our driveway. I will miss visits on her back porch where I learned so much about Helen's life and each of our neighbours. She was a very special lady and I am so glad I got to know her!

I am so sorry to hear about Helen. I was not aware that she was sick. Thats what happens when you don't live in Town. We connected throughout our lives in numerous ways. She was a great lady. Helpful whenever you asked her to help. My condolences to her family.

I am sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I did not see her after she went to the hospital but I will always cherish our last afternoon together in her backyard. Her gardens and decor were amazing. Helen decorated every nook and cranny with charm. It was apparent she was so proud of her children and grandchildren and I always enjoyed her stories. Her positive outlook on life will stay with me always. I will miss her deeply and her home on Maude Street with all her seasonal decor will never be the same. Sending hugs to Helen's family, neighbours, and her closest friends. RIP Helen.

Im so saddened to read about Helen , i got to know Helen when her mom lived in LMV where i looked after her on my floor. They were both such sweet ladies and always loved to chat with helen when seeing her. Helen face timed me on August 15th to let me know she was Pallative in her own home we had a nice chat ! Helen always had a sweet smile on her face and loved to chat! Thinking of you all at this difficult time. I know Ernie will be waiting for her with opened are as she has missed him terribly.
