Obituary of Bill Killick

William “Bill” Killick, of Thamesville, Ontario, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, at Four Counties Hospital in Newbury, Ontario. In his final days, Bill was cared for with great compassion by the dedicated doctors and nurses at the hospital. His family is deeply grateful for their kindness, comfort, and support during such a difficult time.

Bill shared almost 56 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Margaret Killick (née Jones), a partnership filled with love, devotion, and countless memories. Father to the late Michael Killick and to Amy Garland and her husband, Jeff. He held a special place in his heart for his grandson, Finnegan, who brought him great joy.

Bill shared a special bond with his siblings and will be deeply missed by Patricia Lane, Beverly Stewart and her husband, Ron, Jackie Daniels and her husband, Roger, and Bob Killick and his wife, Lynda-Lu. He is predeceased by his dear sister, Kathleen Halliday, and by his sister- and brother-in-law, Miriam and Tom Kalls. He is also remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no visitation or service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations Four Counties Health Services Foundation would be appreciated.
