My sincere condolences to Steve's family for your loss. I worked with Steve for many years and remember well his laugh. Over the the last couple of years we conversed via Facebook and it warmed my heart to see how much he lived his family and kept them close. You will be missed.

So sorry to Steve's family for your loss. I worked with Steve for a few years, had many breakfasts at Spiro's with him and we worked together in plain clothes duties for a few years. Steve was always a good work partner, good friend and a good person. I always respected Steve and thought very highly of him. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. Shawn Dickson

Sorry to see that Steve has passed. We went to school together & then saw each other often when I worked downtown & he was a police officer. Always happy to see me & always time for a chat & a quick catch-up. Condolences to his family & friends, a big loss of a great guy.

My sincere condolences to the Webber family. Steve was a great guy and always a “team player”, from our time as CCI Cougars to our work together in the Police Service. I was his “coach officer” for his first year on the job and platoon mate for several years afterwards and we shared a lot of laughs and challenges back in those days. He was an honourable and compassionate officer and could always be counted on to be there when needed. He will be missed; thanks for the memories, rest in peace…

So sorry for your loss. It is always a difficult loss when a true good person passes. I have known Steve since CCI days and even though my dad was his football coach Steve still looked out for me. Much appreciated with some of those high school times. My dad, Moose, thought highly of Steve and would invite Constable Webber as a special guest to his law class. A great Cougar and a police officer I respected in the legal field.
I will miss sharing memories with him.

To Heather and family, I am truly very saddened at the passing of Stephen. He always maintained such a positive outlook during his courageous battle. He always talked highly of his family and love for his grandchildren which always came first. I am so saddened, see you one day my friend?
