Obituary of Pat Jacobs

Jacobs: Patrick “Pat” a member of the Delaware Nation at Moraviantown, passed away at the London Health Sciences Centre, University Campus, London on Friday, November 21, 2025 at the age of 76. Born in Chatham, son of the late Clyde and Faye (Noah) Jacobs. Pat is survived by his wife Alma (Kechego) Jacobs; daughters Patricia Jacobs (Mitch), and Lindsay Jacobs; grandchildren Cassidy, Morgan, Kendall, Chase, Alvin, Zarah, Baby Patrick, Kalen, Talon and Makaya Peters, Patrick, Megan; sisters Marilyn Huff (Doug), Patricia Hopkins (Late Gordon Sr.); brother Joel Jacobs (Teresa); sisters-in-law Sharon Shadow, Alva, Beulah, Veronica, Janet, Kathy, Louise, Betsy and brothers-in-law Lawrence and Labon. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends who will always remember his kindness, craziness, laughter, and his excellent hunting skills. Predeceased by his son Marty Peters, grandchildren Bailey and Sage,  brothers Mitchell Jacobs and his wife Catherine, Allan Jacobs, John Jacobs and sisters-in-law Diane and Victoria.  The Jacobs family will receive family and friends at the Delaware Nation Community Centre, 14811 School House Line, Moraviantown on Monday evening from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. The Funeral Service will be held at the Delaware Nation Community Centre on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Interment Moraviantown Cemetery.
