Obituary of Elsie Rose Bell

Bell: Elsie (Cuthertson), formerly of Croton and Wyoming, passed away peacefully at Bear Creek Nursing Home, Petrolia on Sunday, April 20, 2025 at the age of 92. Born in Dawn Twp., daughter of the Late Ralph and Bella (Vye) Cuthbertson. Beloved wife of the Late William Bell (1979). Loving mother of Elaine Salisbury (Chris) and Janice Bell. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Amy Dramnitzke, Shaun Salisbury (Stephanie), Nicole Salisbury, James Salisbury (Kayla), Caleb Salisbury  (Anna), Shantel Norland (Jeremy) and 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Linda Bell (2013); grand-daughter Lisa Dramnitzke (2024); and brothers Bob, Jack, and Ken Cuthbertson. Cremation has taken place.
