You often hear people say “they know a guy”…whether it be a painter or electrician or whatever…
Rob, on our annual Chalice Cup guys golf trip made a few mistakes…first, joining me on the same golf cart for a round; secondly, revealing he was a professional plumber (not golfer!); thirdly, mistakenly answering a plumbing question I had. The stars had aligned and I suddenly had “my plumbing guy”.
Rob was great when I had another issue by sending me a detailed solution drawing, list of materials and instructions on how to solve the situation.
Rob was “that guy”.
He’ll be sadly missed at the Chalice Cup guys.

Janet and family,
We were very sad to recieve the news that it was Rob's time to go glory. Rob was the first person at church that reached out to Garry when he started coming, he was a great elder to us and took on teaching Garry. He was my guy to call for the past 23 years any time I had a plumbing issue on my jobs. He stopped by the office many times to see me after my dad died just to check on me, I will not forget that. We will miss him greatly. We will hold you all in our hearts and prayers in the months to come. Much strength as you walk this road.
