Obituary of Margaret Nickels

Nickels, Margaret “Ruth”(Lewis) a resident of R.R. #3 Bothwell was called home to be with her Lord and Saviour surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at LHSC – Victoria Campus at the age of 90. She was born in Bothwell Township daughter of the late Charles and Ella Mae (Goodyear) Lewis. Beloved wife of Roy Nickels. Loving mother of Loretta and the late Ernie Kerslake, Sharron and James Smith and Allan and Carole Nickels all of London. Survived by 6 grandchildren and predeceased by granddaughter Cynthia Kerslake. Proud great grandmother of 15 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Mae Hyatt of LaSalle and Clara Tunks of Windsor. She is predeceased by brothers Langford, Arthur, Murray and Donald Lewis. The Nickels family will receive friends at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm Street, Bothwell on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, March 30, 2011at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wayne Spurrell officiating. Interment in Bothwell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made at the funeral home by cheque to the charity of your choice.
